DESCRIPTION
Acorn Cottage is located on crystal clear, sandy bottom, all sports Paradise Lake.
Just five minutes from Mackinaw City, the Mackinaw Island Ferries, Museums, historic
Fort Michilmacinac, Mill Creek Discovery Park.Just over the Mackinaw Bridge will take you
on a short trip to Taquaneman Falls, Picture Rocks, Sault Ste. Marie, and the Sault Locks.
Casino's are in Petoskey or St. Ignace just over the bridge.
Acorn is a two bedroom cottage that will accomadate six people comfortably.There is a marina and bait shop for all of your boating and fishing needs.
A 12 foot rowboat is furnished, however we have a 27 foot pontoon available for weekly
rental. If you wish, you can bring your own boat or skidoo's and launch them down the street at the DNR ramp and park right outside the cottage on your own private dock.
The fishing is excellent year round.
There is a lakeside restaurant, grocery store,gift and antique shop in the village.

View location: Beachfront: a private dock and beach.The cottage is right on the lake.
There is always a nice breeze.
Suitability: Pet friendly: an additional fee may be charged for large pets or more than one.
