The Michigan Area Retiree Activities Office (RAO) is an official USAF entity that operates in accordance with AF Instruction 36-106. We are a satellite of Wright Patterson AFB RAO that serves their retirees, veterans, and spouses of all military Services ~ General Services. The mission of the Michigan RAO is to provide information and assistance regarding rights, privileges, benefits and other information such as changes in laws, regulations, medical processing, etc. We operate as a "HOW-TO", "WHERE-TO-GO", "WHAT-TO-DO" referral agency, manned by 100% unpaid volunteers
